 We are experts meeting/multimedia production with many years of experience to offer you. 

Our primary work is a collaborator for small to large-scale events. This includes presentation prep, video and Power Point presentations projection, sound and video setup, and remote location events in many venues within the Twin Cities Metro area.

Background

Presentation Planning: Based on requests, or develop program ideas and present event orders to decision makers. Decide on type of format, content, and medium. Meet objectives within budget, using research and training. Direct and coordinate the activities of assistants and other staff. Gather information needed to complete the exchange of ideas successfully. Identify problems, review information, analyze options, and apply solutions. Determine how a system should work and how changes in operation effect the outcome. Read, write and understand EO/BO for events and banquets. Obtain needed equipment, facilities, sets, and materials and manage and supervise their use. Solve problems creatively.

Technical Director:  Plan and organize technical requirements for shows and meetings in hotel environments. Train and develop technical staff. Lead the audio visual technical personnel in delivering flawless service, and equipment to clients. Monitor events, materials, and surroundings. A superior ability to multi-task events.  Set up and operate high end equipment.  Supervise technicians and work on large events. Set ups include: adjustment and operate equipment, such as cameras, sound mixers, or computers. Communicate regularly with clients, speakers, and technical groups to ensure top quality presentations during meeting or conference.
